MFG de Mexico Welcomes New GM

In October, Manuel Juarez joined MFG de Mexico as the entity’s new general manager.

For the last 19 years, Manuel has been employed in the automotive industry, holding a variety of management roles including plant management, operations, engineering and manufacturing. He has had responsibility for new plant start-ups and transfer of operations from USA/CAN to Mexico.

According to SVP Joe Wilk, “MFG de Mexico is in the process of a major expansion in size and process capabilities. We are adding 80,000 sq ft of custom manufacturing space, state-of-the-art molding presses up to 3000 tons, a new PRIME® preform machine, chemical mixing technology and additional assembly capability. Manuel brings the expertise and management experience to guide the team through this exciting period of growth.” 

Manuel holds a BS degree in industrial mechanical engineering from Laguna Institute of Technology and completed International Engineering Training by DELPHI Automotive Systems in the USA.

Manuel hails originally from Chihuahua, Mexico. He and his wife  “Lourdes” have been married for 22 years and have three children, a daughter 19 and two sons 16 and 14 years of age.
